How do I place an order?
Simply reach out via our contact form or message us on Facebook. Maricar will guide you through the options, confirm your design details, and give you a clear timeline.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround depends on the product and quantity, but most orders are ready within 3–7 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated — just ask!
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
We accommodate both! Local pickup is available in Candelaria, Quezon. Shipping can be arranged via courier for customers outside the area.
Can I order in bulk for events or giveaways?
Absolutely. We love bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, graduations, and parties. Use our Bulk Quote form and Maricar will send a custom quotation.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files (at least 300 DPI) work best. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Send it over and we'll check for free.
Do you offer digital-only designs without printing?
Yes! Layout design services are available if you want a print-ready file to use yourself.
